Our story
Led by Angel, Backed by Five Stars
HIC Quality Painting is run by Angel, who shows up on every job himself alongside his crew. Customers across Oxnard have trusted him with everything from full exterior repaints to HOA fence painting, and every single one of the 29 reviews on Google gives him five stars. What sets the work apart is the prep. Before a single coat goes on, Angel's team power washes, patches cracks, and restuccoes as needed: the kind of groundwork that's easy to skip and hard to fake. Homeowners consistently mention how much time and attention goes into getting a surface ready before painting even starts. Whether it's a single-family home that hasn't been painted in years or an HOA's common-area ironwork, Angel is known for coming out personally to get an accurate quote, communicating clearly throughout the job, and leaving the site looking as clean as the finished paint.
- Angel personally works every job
- Full prep — power washing, patching, restucco — before every coat
- Trusted by HOAs and homeowners alike
What customers say
“I hired Angel from HIC Quality Painting on 2 separate projects. No complaints at all. Their work was well done, on time, good and fair pricing, clean, and very nice to work with. I will be calling them again on future projects for sure.”
“Angel and his assistant painted the exterior of my house and fixed some cracks in the interior. The time and attention to prepare was excellent. They power washed and prepped a house that hadn't been painted in many years. The house truly looks beautiful! Angel was professional and caring and takes pride in the work. I have already recommended his company.”
“We used HiC Quality Painting to paint our HOA common lot wrought iron fencing and they did a great job! Angel was very responsive to my questions and came out multiple times to make sure we had an accurate quote. They did the job quickly and left everything looking great! We also had a neighbor use them for exterior house painting and they said they did a great job. I highly recommend them!”
